Reception and Support
Through this service we aim that the user that comes to the Foundation can be informed of the services they need based on their demand. We present the resources available, whether from the Foundation, other NGOs, or the public service network.
The support we offer in the reception is very diverse and it depends on the needs of the people. We offer support to resolve issues and demands that can be solved directly in this area, such as different types of administrative procedures, as well as, demands that must be refered to other areas or services.
